Had AC deep cleaning done in early April. Technicians arrived on time. Covering all the furniture and stuff around the house before starting the work. Everything was done in a very professional and efficient way. Work was completed right at the promised time. Called and enquired 5-6 different AC maintenance companies about the scope of work, procedures and rates. All the companies follow more or less the same procedures, but Primo is the only company offers live video camera probing while tunneling and boring through the dusts in the ducts. So you can easily verify visually that no spot nor corner is missed during cleaning. After-cleaning was done in a very satisfactory way as well.The same evening after deep cleaning was done, noticed rattling and high pitch noise from 2 of the ac units. Contacted Primo and they agreed to send technician back for adjustments with no hesitation. But due to my own travel plans, technicians came back a month later as promised.Very quickly they fixed the noise issue. I brought up the concern that the cooling was not as good as before. After further investigation, technician said strainer cleaning was required in order to improve cooling. Got the quotation very quickly from the supervisor Michael over the phone. The rate was very competitive and reasonable that I wouldnt even want to check with other companies, so the work commenced right away. After it was done, the difference in cooling efficiency was like a day and night. Technician measured the temperature at the outlets before and after the job. It was 22C before and 18C after! It showed their diagnosis of the problem was spot-on and their skills were proficient. My whole place became nice cool, ready for summer!Id like to specifically mention technician JUNAID and JAWED. At repetitive visits, both of them showed very high level of professionalism at their job, very friendly and kept my place very clean and tidy after the job was done.Primo may not be the cheapest option among all, but it certainly offers very competitive rate comparing to most of others. With my own experience with their excellent overall workmanship and service, Id definitely recommend Primo for ac cleaning. Personally Id like to try their plumbing and handyman services in the future, and hoping to get the same pleasant experience as well.

3rd time Ive used Primo and its been a thorough and professional job each time.They arrive in time, are polite, ask questions to make sure theyre clear if needed.Prior to them arriving there was good, constant communication to deal with the difficulties we were having. I use home cleaning services with Primo. The girls are always on time and very friendly. Despite the fact that the girls are nice, they manage to break and damage my household items every week they come for services. I have 4 broken double-bottom cups, a handmade jwlry box, bukhoor burner (the electric burner was wiped with a wet cloth, which resulted in an electrical shortage and I ended up suffering an electrical shock) my towel was accidentally bleached and etc... The manager Kim has no customer service skills and all she does is threatens girls with salary deductions and still does not solve any issues. The safety measures are obviously lacking and overall experience is just bad....

Today during my AC duct cleaning service Tusar and Nurudeen kept me informed about the process at all times; they are both professional guys. I knew I needed to do the cleaning, but it wasnt until they showed me how the duct was that I realized its importance.Im very please with the result and I definitely recommend this service.

I have been using primo for a while, and it has always been a challenge dealing with Kim , very poor customer service standards, extremely rude and impolite.I have been using them only because the cleaner LEA is an absolute gem.

I recently booked an AC service with them and was impressed by their service. The booking system was very easy. The lady over the phone explained all the details and packages available well. She even sent me the details by WhatsApp so I can compare the pricing and get detailed info about the service. The team of 3 arrived on time. They covered my whole house before starting the work. They showed me what they will be doing and did a very good job. My AC is cooling nicely and completely sanitized. Booking is as per availability so need to book at least 3-4 days in advance as they are booked and dont have availability but worth the wait. Would highly recommend.

I had a very bad experience with them. They clean the duct and filters of the Ac. And after months i was trying to clean the filters of the Ac so when i open the ceiling tiles i found that they left the filters beside the Ac coiler they did’t put it back on the rail. They are kot professional and when i speak to the costumer services “Micheal” he was so rude he said that they are kot responsible about this and he refused to give me the manager’s number.

I have always struggled to manage the handyman job at my own house. Firstly I am a lefty and I think its almost impossible for me to get things correct when it comes to drilling etc. I needed to get our pictures hanged on wall so I needed handy man which I got from Primo maintenance services who were right on time, had the required gadgets and hardware and were very professional. The two gentlemen Ganesh and Santosh did an amazing job setting up my picture wall, drilling lacks in laundry and in our room. Their services are AED 150 per hour including the hardware accessories like nails etc. You will get a 30% discount if you use Foodierahgeers reference.Do try then out if you have recently moved and you need their services.

Anything but Primo! To organise the AC duct cleaning with the woman on the phone was a nightmare, she spoke over the top of me and couldnt give a straight answer on their packages and so I ended up booking online. They arrived 1 hour late, moved all the furniture in my house and didnt put anything back in its place while treating some things disrespectfully. I will never use this company again. The men who serviced my apartment did a good job of cleaning the ducts but didnt clean up after themselves and were rude when asking for drinking water and my vacuum cleaner.

We hired Primo on the day we moved in a new house for several services:Duct and vent cleaning and painting of 2 bedrooms was supposed be done between 9am and 1pm. Other minor electrical and plumbing repairs, installing curtain railings was to be done later in the afternoon. The people who did the vent cleaning and technical repairs did a good job, no complaints there. However the paint job took four hours more than was scheduled and was of poor quality in some areas. We had to delay the movers and pay them extra for working additional hours because we had to wait for the painters to finish. It also delayed the work of the guys who were supposed to install the curtain railings and as a result they had to come back the next day to finish the job, then again, they were over an hour late but at least they did a good job. So punctuality isnt their strong suit in my experience and they are better suited for some types of maintenance work than others, at least their prices are reasonable. Its also clear that someone higher up isnt doing a good job at scheduling things and the workers and customers are paying the consequences.

I used their services for long time they were very good, but lately (last 1-2months) they start sending me new employed staffs that i need to follow and mention small details that they need to take care of. I got very upset when the lady was washing the cloth in the sink above our tooth brushes. Now I got the the message as well that the prices for their services got increased, first I believe you should offer high quality services before increasing the prices.

Ordered a deep cleaning in my new place. They told me they would send around 4 men, but sent only 1 lady for 3 hours and 1man . As you can imagine, even though the guy was good, with just 1 man doing the job, the work took the entire day and there was still stuff left to be done which we let go cause we were tired too by the end of day.Also, the floor steam machine didnt work and at 5pm the guy wanted to call for a backup machine. We were tired and told him to leave it be.

But the admin staffs of Primo was very unprofessional, I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. AVOID AVOID!! We used Primo to service and clean our A/C. Weve been in the house for 1 year, we never had any issues with A/C we just felt it was time to get it cleaned & serviced. As soon as Primo finished their work, the A/C began defaulting. It was less cold each day until 7 days later it completely stopped working. They refuse to fix the problem they so clearly created or even give a refund for the shoddy work. Would NEVER recommend them.

Very convenient, they can respond even to last minute inquiries, theyre panctual and the maid is very clean doing all the details as I want. I was feeling under the weather all night, felt like not moving a limb after waking up. The house was dirty, the dishes from yesterday weren’t done. In spite of being a clean freak, I left all of that there and decided to take it easy. Then Primo called me and asked if I wanted to try their premium service today 🤩 I said yes! I’ve tried many cleaners every now and then and after much speculation, I am now very satisfied with primo! Their rates are super economical, and their cleaning staff is very professional plus punctual! I was so impressed by the premium service today. For regular cleaning I usually provide all cleaning materials and I am charged a fixed hourly rate, however the premium package allows you to have open ended cleaning for a fixed price (depending on the size of your home). It’s a little pricey to get it done regularly, in my opinion, BUT, the detail and precision of service you get is commendable. I mean, they took out dirt from every nook and corner of the house from places that I didn’t even realize that dust would exist. My kitchen was deeply sanitized and steam-cleaned, the cabinets and utensils scrubbed till they were spotless. I was sent this lady called Nickey and she even cleaned my fridge from inside (brb crying😭)! Thank you Primo!

I had booked a i maid for two hours from Primo maintenance recently. The help arrived on time. I had to get my kitchen cleaned. She was very efficient and finished all the work in the assigned time. She knew her work and I did not have to tell her what to do.Very impressed with the professionalism and the work. Its been more than a year during which I was using Primo services and being a very picky client, i am very satisfied! I have tried different ladies and all were good!

They sent 2 lazy girls who had no interest to clean & kept nagging that there’s lots of work. They kept talking to each other while doing some lousy cleaning. I had to bring another company the next day because the house wasn’t cleaned properly. When I complained, the ‘team leader’ kept backing them up as if I’m lying and closed the call saying she has another call. She never called back. Don’t use this company!

Highly Recommended! I had AC full sanitization from PRIMO! The team came to my home fully protected with mask, shoe covers and gloves. They did a great job. I was getting allergies before that. They used professional machines and Dubai Municipality approved products with no dust at home as they protected all my furniture with plastic. I highly recommend them for Ac sanitization service 

The team is very responsive. I got a confirmation with 10 minutes . Ms Lily was assigned for my appointment. She was on time. I have faced many issues with punctuality ,however primo staff is always on time. I had absolutely give no instructions to Lily as she did above and beyond in the 2 hours assigned to her. The house looked spotless once she was done. Id recommend primo service as the staff is friendly, attentive and do a good job!

Terrible experience with Primo - handyman was scheduled to come and didnt turn up despite following up numerous times with customer service.Was told the technician would come the next day & still no one turned up at agreed time. When I said I wanted to make a complaint they just ignored me.Save your money and time and use another maintenance provider who will actually get the job done reliably.

They are wonderful with their maintenance services. They have very polite and helpful staff. I tried out their sofa cleaning and they did an excellent job. My sofas and their pillows were shining and look as good as new.

I don’t know about other services but for ac duct cleaning they’re pretty good and affordable for the service they provideI acquired ac duct (deep cleaning) for a 1 bedroom. They sent 3 cleaners with a massive machine that cleans deep in the ducts.The result was obvious after cleaning, the ac isCooling a lot better as well as the smell is gone and the air feels fresher. No nose block and other problems during night sleep.If you’re looking for deep clean (duct) they’re good and good priced . For other services I cannot say because I have not tried.

Very bad, Poor skilled technicians, same guys doing everything (they can be dentists as well.. unfortunately I had the experience of using their poor services for my villa maintenance and I vould discover how much bad they are.. they are slow in responding, not reactive, lucky that I could stop working with them. Took cleaning service in the month of April 2020 for 6 hrs however as there wasnt much to clean let the lady finish within 3 hrs and paid in cash 100Aed however still I am getting whatsapp message to make payment and no information whether payment is updated in their system.

Im giving a 5-star mainly because of Lyn, who is the most hardworking, professional and cary cleaning professional I have ever met.Primos prices are decent, but I think they should improve on the quality of their maids and, most importantly, of their deep cleaning service - the latter was disappointing in my experience.

This is one of THOSE companies. They send their top performer the first time and after that, they will send you the B-team. Cleaning the first time with them was ok, the second time was already so bad, that the girls needed to do most of the things twice and therefore could not finish. Even when told that it was not clean, the girls did not care at all. It is a waste of money. Apart from that, they are not really quick with their responses...

Booked 6 hour cleaning through Groupon,The cleaner left one hour before without finishing kitchen cleaning , she also took my phone charger with her it seems , the charger disappeared once she left. Extremely Poor job, I wouldn’t recommend them .

Stealing is never ok, no matter what you steal. I was using them regularly since November 2019 and I changed few ladies because they have done a terrible job but lately they sent me a lady she was cleaning very well but she stole a cosmetic was in my bathroom that I use daily before bedtime so it was obvious to notice it at night before doing my routine. It was a serum for eyelashes that costs over 300 dhs but doesn’t matter, even if it was 2 dhs I’d still have a trust issue. So be careful. And the worst is the way how the company have dealt with my complain, very carelessly.
